In structured survey analytics, metric definitions are carefully governed — NPS, CSAT, response scales, segmentation logic. Survey intelligence requires the same governance for open-text themes. Without a consistent taxonomy layer, themes extracted in one wave cannot be reliably compared with themes extracted six months later. That governance layer is what your team would be building. Recommendation
