What is the right plan for me?
Choose your plan based on data ingestion and AI usage – not number of users. We offer unlimited user access in all plans.
What does “video & audio hours” mean?
It’s the volume of recorded audio/video content NEXT AI can ingest and analyze each month, such as calls, interviews, meetings, and recordings.
What are “non-media items”?
Non-media items are text-based sources you ingest or analyze, such as support tickets, survey responses, reviews, community posts, and docs. The plans define monthly item limits.
What are “AI messages”?
AI messages are the chat interactions—prompts, questions, and follow-ups—used to generate answers, summaries, drafts, comparisons, and outputs.
What are “AI research tasks”?
AI research tasks are longer-form, structured analyses such as clustering themes, data comparisons, and hypothesis validation. Your plans include fixed monthly allocations.
Do you charge per seat/user?
Plans include unlimited users across tiers. Pricing is primarily based on usage volume—content ingested plus AI activity—not per-seat licensing.
Can I upgrade from Explorer/Starter later?
Yes – you can start on any plan and then upgrade to expand sources, usage, and governance needs.
Why is Starter limited to 6 months?
Starter is designed as a structured get started phase. After 6 months, teams typically move to Grow or Scale to support broader ingestion, privacy needs, and deployment at scale.
What if we need more volume than our plan includes?
If you anticipate higher ingestion or AI usage, upgrade to the next plan tier or contact the team for an Enterprise configuration.
What are my payment options?
The page lists monthly pricing but billing is annual for Grow and Scale. Use Enterprise for customized procurement and billing.
Do prices include taxes (VAT)?
Pricing is shown as list price and does not include taxes. Taxes such as VAT typically depend on billing entity and country. Your finance team can confirm on invoice.
