The most relevant highlights the AI generates, or that you create manually, are likely those that reflect the customer’s voice. To help you quickly identify the speaker tied to a highlights, we now show you the speaker’s name in the highlight lister. Just open any recording that contains highlights, find the highlights in the left-bottom corner of the screen and see the names of the speakers appear. Keep in mind, if you did not name speakers in your transcript just yet, make sure to add them in the transcript.
