Today, we're announcing Personal Identifiable Information (PII) Redaction on NEXT. PII Redaction is available to all Free, Business, and Enterprise workspaces as part of our commitment to get the entire industry over the hurdle of privacy and bring peace of mind to all teams.

The PII Redaction model lets product teams minimize sensitive information about individuals by automatically identifying and removing it from your transcript and the entire discovery process. PII is any information that can be used to identify a person, such as credit card information, date of birth, person name, location, medical condition, phone number, nationality, age, occupation, religion, political affiliation, and much more.

When you enable the PII Redaction model, your transcript will look like this:

👉 With entity_name substitution: Hi, my name is [PERSON_NAME]!
