From now on, when you create highlights manually, a nifty pop-up will appear. The AI will automatically come up with a title (or summary) for the selected text. This means you don't have to waste time writing a title yourself. You can simply tag and create highlights using the AI-generated title. And don't worry, if you want to tweak the title, you can do that too. It's a real time-saver when you're diving into customer conversations.
