Next’s CEO speaks at Booking.com on the importance of curiosity and building ‘question-centric’ organizations
Next CEO Moodi Mahmoudi recently spoke at online accommodation website Booking.com’s “Tech Day 2016” conference in Amsterdam. The internal event is attended by thousands of Booking engineers, and is used as a platform to inspire, inform, and educate on upcoming industry trends.
Mahmoudi’s presentation was designed around the idea that the fundamental building block of innovation is being curious and asking questions. If organizations work to become “question-centric,” he says, innovation, agility, and customer-centricity can be more quickly and easily embedded into day-to-day operations for everyone, every day.
